First Part – SEO
This was initially a website optimization and consulting project that later turned into a full SEO project. The website belongs to Randy Charach, an actor, magician, and mentalist based in Canada.
The website was already built on WordPress using GeneratePress but required optimization. At the start, I provided him with 1-on-1 video consultations on improving the website layout and overall structure. However, since he was not an expert, the process was taking a lot of time. So, I eventually took over the project as the SEO strategist and optimization expert.
I optimized the website for conversions by cleaning up the layout, adding a sticky video (as his niche was live entertainment and shows), trimming unnecessary content, and improving the overall user experience.
Around October 2025, I started SEO work on RandyCharach.com, creating 30+ location pages with 70%+ unique content. The work included on-page SEO, speed optimization, technical SEO, and advanced strategies like dynamic footers and schema markup for location pages.
Result
Within 4–6 months, daily impressions grew from 400 to 8,000+, clicks increased by 300%, and multiple location pages ranked well. The site now ranks for high-converting keywords, including top positions for competitive terms like “mentalism.”
